Leona does sing a good version of this song, though...even though it's a little different from Kelly Clarksons version.

This wasn't a great performance of this song. I think "Bleeding Love" is great, but this song will always be Kelly's and in my opinion she is much better than Leona in many ways. Versatility, power, range, tone, uniqueness. you name it.

Kelly's version was miles better. No doubt leona can sing like a dream be she has a voice that I feel like I've heard over and over before. Kelly is much more unique and versatile.

when Kelly won AI she coldn't hold back the excitement and tears and ended up stopping half way on the song, and kept saying sorry

leona has a MUCH better voice. It's not even close. Leona is in the class of Whitney and Mariah, Kelly isn't. Simple as that.

I'm guessing since Simon is from the UK he's more proud since she's from his country. And American Idol is American. lol He seems sweet with her. She's fantastic and she totally deserved to win! One of the most amazing voices out there right now.

The reason he says he is proud is because he was her mentor on the show, and he too won out of the judges. And ofcourse because shes amazing.

Hes going to discover leona because he sees real talent. He cares about david archuleta on idol

Simon do business with her so that is why he is proud of her and like her .... but in america they don't give him contracts with the singers so he just says bad things... It's all about money, isn't it?

simon is so different on this show, then American Idol..i perfer him on this show, he seems to "care" a bit more about what is going on, and not really critize the singers as much as idol...

American Idol always use original material for their winners' singles. X-Factor, however, always do cover versions unfortunately! Exept Shayne Ward (winner 2005). Hi song was written especially. All the others are covers tho..it S**ks . However..
