It's scheduled to come out next year or early the year after... The guy who wrote the manga is in charge of a lot of production, but there's not much word on plot synopsis yet... except it mentions Vash vs. Wolfwood. (interesting!!)

26 episodes total. The first 13 aren't as serious as the second "half," and only a few episodes accurately follow the manga series. (the manga ran from 1995 to 2007.) There's also a movie/OVA in the making, and is due out next year. Yasuhiro Nightow, the author of the manga, helped in the making of the show, and has an even bigger part in the making of the new movie. :)

It's Johnny Yong Bosch. He's a great voice actor- and he was the original Black Power Ranger from the Power Rangers movie and.... the TV show (?) I never saw Power Rangers, so I'm unsure about the show part. He's also an accomplished martial artist, and he's in the band "Eyeshine."
