The intersection of Religious and Nuns Streets is a dead end! The city of New Orleans has many odd and unusual street names. The intersection of Religious and Nuns Streets is my favorite. When you get there, though, you find that the intersection of Religious and Nuns Streets is a dead end. I wonder what message the city planners might have been trying to convey when they chose to put Religious and Nuns Streets at a dead end. Perhaps it's just another one of the strange coincidences that are a part of life in New Orleans.
