Change Admin Password Using CMD

The people putting that this is useless are retarded. Obviously it wouldn't be a command if it was useless, also if you did not notice, he didn't have to type the previous password in order to use this. So it is actually quite useful. Those of you giving bad comments are obviously the type of people who are blocked out of being admin on their home computer because of lack of knowledge. You can access the admin account if you run in safe mode, and one wasn't previously established.

apart from the fact that if there is only one admin account and u wanted to change the password of the one you are on. It means thet you don't have to know the original password to change it

wow if you had the smallest knowledge of computers and cmd you would KNOW this does not work on an un-admin account... so its USELESS

no its not cos if u got onto a friends comp and u want to change the password of the account u r on assumin it is admin norm u hav to type in current password b4 u can change it

You have to be Administer to change any passwords, so it's kinda useless.
