Also i used Adobe Premier Pro Cs3 for all the encoding.

I actually had the PsP game file on my PC and ripped this cutscene at its full resolution then added the sound. After that i upscaled the resolution and converted it to a flv file (What Youtube uses) for better quality and made the video 10 mins long for even higher quality. The longer the video the less Youtube compresses it when you upload it and having the file as a .flv file before uploading lowers the compression even more. There is still some quality loss but not to much. Hope this help's
