All is in the past. Even Stalin wasn't so harsh. Victims of repressions are ~800 000 sentenced to death for anti-revolutionary actions and about 400 000 another deaths. Compare with "the most liberal and democratic country in the world" - OVER ONE MLN VICTIMS, NOW, AT PRESENT TIME, not in the past. By the way now in US prisons (3 000 000) more people than was in USSR prisons on Stalin's time. US HAS NO MORAL RIGHT to say something about human rights.
