    His arrangements are so exquisite -- I wish more of the orchestral arranging being written today would follow more in this direction. His sense of harmony, syncopation, and overall sensitivity to playing makes him tops in my book -- and all of the playing is also cleaning executed.

    I am one of the regular intermission organists that plays the Kimball in the Oriental on a regular basis...I can tell you, as if you couldn't tell from this video, it is a fabulous instrument, and a joy to play. No one plays it like Simon, either. He did a WONDERFUL recording on it in 2000, called "Songs In My Heart"...beautiful, beautiful sounds.
