    You syphon the cider with a tube in to a clean disinfeted jar/demijohn. You syphon it down almost to the sediment but try not to S**k any sediment out.

    One question... when you say "after a few weeks rake it" what do you mean ?...I'm guessing you pour out the liquid and throw away the sediment in the bottom .... Can someone explain cheers
