this is wakeboarding because it is being pulled by a boat but they are using kite boards which i ver clever wakeboards are hopeless in chop and honestly who really cares about the name of what it is

All i want to know is how fast could that trimiran go ?!! Imagine being towed behind that in 30 knts of wind!!! Good choice on using a kiteboard, you'd need alot of flex to soak up all that chop, my knees would last 10 mins !!
By delboard [Affiliate User] 1200722075 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveDifference is that in kite you're always resisting to your kite but here there are just following the boat just in wakeboard...

i don't think so.
The guy says "17 knots" at 0:50
Certainly not 30 knots !
it is kite surfing b/c the power comes from a kite, aka a sail. they're made of a lot of the same materials. mylar, carbon, kevlar. what difference does it make if theres a boat connected to the "kite"
