the lyric is,"those who dam streams,can build fountains. those of us who just let them run free,well we can move mountains."i think this is meant to illustrate a contrast between those who desire to dam the streams(altering the natural world to match our vision of what it "should be")for a"beautiful fountain"and those who wish to let the streams run free(living in balance with natural world),who can move mountains(erosion),a far more impressive and beautiful thing than the grandest of fountains.

I get a little miffed at Franti's holier-than-thou attitude sometimes, but there's no denying the raw truth and power of this number, no sir. This is one for the history books.

I do support and pray for our troops and think there is so much truth and beauty in this song. Franti is amazing artist in the truest form of the word.

This guy knows whats going on, the worlds in a state and it needs sorting out. People need to wake up, face reality and help save it.
