This is a short video of my latest project, an SMS Controller, it uses a Nokia 3310 connected via a RS232 data cable to the controller. Commands are sent via SMS to the phone then the controller.

This unit is set up just to show it's capability and can switch a light on and off via the simple commands "Light on" and "Light off", a fan with "Fan on" and "Fan off". On the input side I have a mercury switch taped to a battery and when tilted the controller sends me a text stating "Battery tipped" All these commands can be programed to suit the applications which are endless. The unit has 8 outputs and 4 inputs.
