Welcome to my body. This is the start of my journey...
I've got love handles, a muffin top, potbelly and thunder thighs. So it's time for a change!!!
I am now eating healthily, ensuring i eat plenty of fruit and veg.
I'm also working out. I'm aiming for 3 times a week. but lets see how that goes.
I am enjoying the challenge so far!
fingers crossed this motivation continues!!

I would love some exercise tips if anyone could help me out....i'm hoping to tone my thighs big time and my hips as you can see thats were my weight goes.
