That's not thermal vision.. That's a NV tube being used.

this has nothing to do with FLIR.thats monocular night vision.

This happens due to the Phosphor Screen. yr Pinnacle has a P43 type. that has a yellow/green image. The P20 have a green image and is tipycal for Gen II, old Gen III and most of Photonis tube.

Not sure now. I got a Gen3 OMNI 6 Pinnacle, it is much more yellowish compared to these images, you could be right..

Probably you are right. Anyway ITL do not have easily the possibility to have Gen3 tubes. Even with 1600FOM I suppose it's a Dep Tube.

They are Definitely Australian SASR. You can also tell by the Camouflage Pattern.

TV and NV are the future..u cant fight a war without them ;)

SASR refused Steyrs and switched to M4s instead.
