sometimes after a while my
eyelids on the top get a little
oily if i dont wipe them but i
dont use a primer...i dont want

I had that mascara for a while but the wand was so clumpy. It worked well but it wasnt easy to use, advice would be awesome

that is a tricky one... the only thing I can think of is fixing with liner- line the one that looks larger with thicker liner above the upper lashes (or vice versa- i need to try out to see)
