Here is a recently finished all aluminum series BLOWN pro magnum built by us. The engine features all the top quality components of the pro magnum line of engines PLUS an aluminum block and a Mert Littlefield 8-71 competition blower. It's also running on methanol.
The dyno pull netted over 1200 horspower, with lots of room for expansion.

Is that an intercooler at the base of the blower? If so, I wouldn't think you'd need it running methenol. What's the blower drive ratio? Will larger header primaries lower the EGT?

Burn's Men's . 8-)
Ahhhh the sweet sound of a blown alky small block. another option rather than the BBC snout is to run a crank support.
By statesman383 [Affiliate User] 1187054172 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIt is always more of a challenge doing engines like these, as the throttle is quite excessive.
By AwesomeEngines [Affiliate User] 1185799225 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveMost of the time, when building engines of this nature, we put the BBC crank snout on it for peace of mind.
I know people who don't, but the option is there and it doesn't cost that much more to do. Safety first.
F**king monster!!! :D
