I'm quite aware of Wiki's "deficits". I needed the wording and Wiki's definition conveyed my thoughts perfectly.

We are in agreement of what a smartphone is. I was just unfamiliar with Symbian and I didn't hear him mention the OS in the video. It just looked like a proprietary system to me.

This proves that the phone has the hardware but the software is slow and clunky. Neat homescreen idea.
