    I drove cross-country 20 years ago and my route took me through Joplin, Missouri. I was able to find the house where Bonnie & Clyde stayed and had their gunfight with police. It wasn't a tourist attraction, of course. It was just a private home and someone lived there. But I took photographs.

    Hollywood will probably not re-visit Bonnie & Clyde, which is OK, since a well-researched book does the job better than any film, and a book can't romanticize & reminds that they were human once.

    You're right; I can't think of any Hollywood actors that would be suitable either. Maybe it should be made in Tx or Louisiana - or in another country.
