    I have to make a couple of suggestions to your recipe.

    1. Don't ever use pickled peppers. Everything else was fresh, so you should use fresh peppers (I recommend serranos).

    2. Red/purple onions are the bomb in guac, and I think they should be used instead of scallions/green onions. Also, if you are feeling fancy, use challots instead.

    3. You MUST have fresh garlic. You have not had good guac unless you have fresh garlic.

    I think you should give my suggestions a try. Trust me :)
