This is a High Definition (720p/1280x720)Japanese clip that was converted directly from the Cooler (DBZ Movies 5&6) Double Feature Blu-Ray Disc.

This is ripped directly from the 1080p HD Source, however while I do own this blu ray disc, this particular video was actually downloaded off the internet for subtitle reasons (Thanks goes to the online group calling themselves CiNEFiLE). I've had many comments in the past of people complaining about no subtitles, so finally here you go.
