Chili dogs are much easier to ingest if you simply bite into them, chew, and swallow. This notion of "suckin' on" chili dogs is disturbing to me. All it's going to do is cause a big mess, and somebody could potentially choke if they sucked in a piece of bean or meat.

He only put them in there because he realized the song didn't work without them. They originally were to be left out and only used during recording to help him keep tempo. I like the effect. :)
