Whats happend with our solar system if MW and Andromeda will collide?
The magenta ball shows the relative position of our solar system. Color coding is Gas Temperature 1e2k-1e6k. Transparency is density. AIP, A.Khalatyan, 2007

By the year 3,000,000,000 the stars and gas contained in Andromeda will be visible by naked eye, but the collision will occur az 5,000,000,000.
But still, I think mankind will survive. Any disturbance to the Sun or planets themselves are remote. We MIGHT die. But it will be a fun thing to see!
(You see, the space between sun and nearest star is immense. If you would scale sun to the size of a american quarter, the nearest star would be probably like 475 miles away!)
you know if we get pulled in andromeda who know what could happen wede be pulled in emptiness of sppaced wede die pulled in andromeda and get pulled in by the nearest star live the point is anything could happen but well all be dead and the living humans will have tentacles and super lasers and crap so i dont see why we should be worried cause whoever is reading this will be dead by then

WE'LL ALL BE DEAD BY THAT TIME.
Yeah, youre right. And now I read the thing about supergiant black holes merging. Now THAT wont be something pretty...
Who cares. We wont live by that time.
I can't wait 3,000,000,000!
