Mary Magdelene has a good voice, no doubt, but I can't stand it either. It just droans lol.

I think Ted Neeley easily has a better voice than Glenn Carter, same with Carl Anderson and Jerome Pradon. Anderson all the way.

I think the 2000 version had better singing and the 1973 had better acting. Im not saying the cast in this version isnt good cause they are. But i cant stand Mary Magdelene's voice.

wow... i honestly cant believe anyone can dislike anything about this film, or clip.... i first saw it when i was in second grade, and was instantly hooked... have seen it honestly thousands of times since, and it never gets old... i cringe when i see the modern takes on it, nothing beats the classic.
