The 5 Tibetan rites are an ancient exercise system from Tibet.
These exercises activate and stimulate the seven key energy vortexes or
chakras in the body, which in turn stimulate all the glands of the
endocrine system. They also enhance the innate energetic power
of the human body and mind.
For demonstration purpose each rite has been performed
12 times. The full nr. is 21.

    you are supposed to return to an erect position after arching
