Now that you mention it, I hadn't thought of Hojo doing that. 0_o I bet you're right. He may have done that as a way to scout out good test samples. Remember, he was really interested in Cloud when he found out Cloud had bested Sephiroth in Chapter 9. ;)

I played this game a million times and I never figured that out. I don't think Sephiroth himself planted it there, but it definately was not supposed to be there. Hell, you saw what Masamune did to Zack's sword. I think Hojo may have done it if anyone put it there to cause danger to a 2nd class soldier. Later in the game Hojo F**ks around with training programs with intent to kill Zack. Zack prevails of course!

Amen to that! Zack makes Cloud looke like a P***y (which he is for the most part). There is a part in this game where Cloud be bitching about being motion sick.

I never said this game owned FFVII.

Also, MGS3 > MGS2.

well if you actually bothered to play the game you will notice that he matures much more than Cloud ever has.
