This is a guide to getting through the Ice Caves in the "Myths of the White Lands" quest. I finished the quest so I can't help you with placing the rocks in the north wall in the second to last room but this guide will show you how to get through every other room. Just watch where I click and copy it.
For placing the rocks just think about what you need to do and go through it slowly. Also remember to go diagonal a lot because it makes it much easier.

After you finish the quest(or maybe before, I'm not sure) you can bring a hammer, chisel, pick, and wc axe and get 2k crafting, 10k agil, 20k wc exp by clearing stuff from and examining the wall paintings.

    you have to go straight into the darkness at the last room with the blocks and the yeti will cause an earthquake then you will go back and be able to move blocks

    edit: There is infact a root that you can climb, but you need 55 agility, if I finish the quest and I get 55 agility later on...I have 48...can I still get the EXp?
