its just science the out side pressure wants to equalize the inside pressure of the bottle so he puts s mall plastice thing "Inside soda caps" with a tiny whole to put toothpick in simple really

its a sheet of small plastic with a small hole in it. because the hole is so small not enough air can get in to allow the water to come out.

you made it too abvious.. you put some tape on when you turn it over.. than you force a sharp toothpick through the tape.. but because the pressure can't escape from the bottle the water doesn't fall

you can see hom put the cap on the lip. thats why i bought flow no caps used
