The New York Post has reported the Olympic star and his longtime girlfriend former Miss California, Nicole Johnson have called it quits. And although the couple have yet to confirm the split, It's been said the breakup happened a little over two weeks ago. The relationship lasted several years, with Johnson joining Phelps at several sporting events, including the 2011 world championships in Shanghai, where the swimmer earned 4 gold medals.
