It was a heart breaking moment and show of spirit that keeps alive in Trinidad and Tobago, the love of Carnival. It was this young masquerader in his Fancy Indian costume wooing the crowd. And for a costume that towered over him, he was able to carry it well on his shoulders and perform his dance steps. The judging of the Kings and Queens of Carnival follows a few guidelines which many of the masqueraders who crossed the stage failed in some regard. And these are the points awarded to the spirit in which the masqueraders portrays his piece.
