    'they' use 2 sizes of toilet paper tubes.
    (the smaller one [that can be fitted inside the larger tube] holds the mixture thing.)
    pour the mixture into the small tube.

    after at least 1 hour, put the smaller tube with the mixture thing inside the larger tube.

    just be careful of its ratio.
    4 example:

    5 spoonfuls of pottasium nitrate and
    3 spoonfuls of sugar. (its already 5:3 ratio of pottasium nitratae and sugar)
