Mountain Climber - 20 alternating reps (10 reps each leg)
Bridge - 10 reps, pause at the top
Fire Hydrant & Donkey Kick - 10 reps each leg
Arm & Leg Lift - 10 reps each side
Burpee/Row Combo - 10 full reps (with handweights)
