Hey, we were asked for a hardcore sewing lesson. There are plenty of other easier tutorials coming, don't worry.

At the Renegade Craft Fair last week, we raffled off two sewing machines... and the results were in this episode.

she makes the shorts all wrong! You have to fold them in half, cut the first leg, and then measure according to what you cut- the second leg. otherwise they come out crooked because you will NEVER get them perfectly even.
and to answer your question, with cords you would have to hem them. The whole frayed edges thing only works with jeans, but yes, you could make shorts.
