its just training the wing chun "guard" position with the hands.

Ive just gone thru this in my training and hes doing it wrong, his thumbs hanging out and switch ongar your suppost to run your little finger over the out side of your thum. My sifus sifu was Ip man, so i know the teaching & lineage is sound. Its not good to teach and pick up bad habbits.
