Animatronics Dinosaur in Museum

i wonder how much skill it takes to operate a costume like this. like do they still have to push all the buttons like a Animatronic, or is it all string an levers xD either way i want one XD!

when i first viewed this I thought it was a cgi animation... then i noticed the black man legs

Just to help try and clarify. It is both a puppet and a robot. There is a man inside controlling the movement ,such as the walking and turning; he also, probably from joysticks inside the head has control of the facial expressions, such as the blinking, opening and closing the mouth, and speech. You can see the person's legs.

If you look closely at the legs, you'll see the legs of the animator in black stockings.

No animation, it's a large very expensive dino-puppet.

Is this a computer animation?

There's no man in there, look at the knees they bend the opposite direction of a humans knee. Btw Best robot ever.
