you don't have to even trap the arbiter to do it without him just don't use the warthog once you are outside all you have to do is use the mongoose he won't jump on its that simple

well first of all, you're going to need a dvd recorder which you can buy from a store. A lot of dvd recorders are under $100. An alternative is a video capture card but most of them aren't that good and they are more expensive and trickier to use. If you have a DVD recorder, plug your xbox's video cables into the recorder, then plug the recorder into the TV and your ready to record.
