I made copies of the two sculptures seen on the casette cover of Pink Floyd - The Division Bell, out of plaster.
The original ones were made by Aden Hynes, 7.5 metres tall, they were carved in polystyrene, and finished in glass fibre, then textured and painted.

I dont know. I have never studied sculpting, I only tried plaster and wood and they seem kind of similar, sculpting stone seems a lot harder to me.
