the simple things in life are free
and freedom from attachments to the material world
meditate to the love for all living being
to from the small ant to the humans love is the respect and care for others in needs

The little bits of good we can do in our affluent society come where our greatest power lies--in our consumption. If we care to research where our chocolate, our silk, our cheap clothing, our coffee comes from, and to buy only fair trade/fair labor items, or better yet, local products from locally owned stores, we can do something powerful.
