its sad that she cant belly dance to save her life. coming from a dancer, ive seen better performances than this.

coming from someone who probably doesn't know how to do it. because i have all the belly dancing videos and i've seen professionals, and she's actually better than they are.

I have to say theres nothing special about her dancing, yes it is a form of 'belly dancing' but its not that great. Its quite bad to the belly dance community that some pop stars incorporate it into their videos to portray it as a sex thing when it isnt. (Not necessarily this particular video)

Actually my dad is of Mayan/Italian decent, and my mom of of Indian/Whales decent. But if someone asked where I was from, I'd say, United States ;)

What you have said does not conflict with what I've said. I'm not trying to down-play your heritage... her moves are based on, and her art was inspired by, her Turkish-Arabic heritage in belly dancing at the age of 4. Tat is for sure. But the initial question was, "where is she from?"... The correct answer is, Columbia. To ignore her Spanish Italian decent is, well... ignorance, and "SHE", as even you point out, is FROM Columbia. Relax "dude".
