yep, wat maximus says is true.. alot of people think they just work hard in the gym and muscles iwll start to come and u will look awesome.

working out is 20%, 35% motivation and the other 45% is diet...

you spend alot more time out of the gmy than in the gym.. and remember, you dont grow in teh gym.. you grow when your out of the gym.. so eat well, sleep well, train hard.

lot of people dont realize that its not just about lifting heavy weight....its about eating right....having a good posture.....and most importantly *motivation*. i have trained for 2 years and i feel like I am not even close to a good body but i never gave up...remember....good abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym and "no pain no gain"
