  • Thank you for your ...

Thank you for your comments, I appreciate that tip. The PT140 I show in the video will also fire without the mag. I put a bullet in the chamber and the mag out of it and it will fire.

  • You were asking for ...

You were asking for guns with similar features. While the XDs don't have a keyed lock built in they do have a chamber indicator on the top of the slide. They also have additional features such as a double trigger and grip safety. There's also a cocked indicator but I guess that doesn't matter much on a DA like this. Perhaps one downside as far as safety goes is it will fire with the mag out. That being said I just purchased this exact model this weekend and looking forward to trying it out.

  • Thank you, I really ...

Thank you, I really appreciate your comments and I want to mention again that because of the angle I'm recording the video it looks like my finger was closer to the trigger. Trust me there was no danger of that it was just the angle, but you are right the finger should always be outside of the trigger guard. It is a good tip for beginners I appreciate it. Thanks.

  • First off, great ...

First off, great video - and it's nice to see people who don't usually do gun videos getting some out there.

But I do have one critisism... Dude, wow, finger out of the trigger guard when you're clearing the chamber! (5:20)

  • I leave mine loaded ...

I leave mine loaded 10+1 on the nightstand, with only the thumb safety on. I was also referencing the rediculous trigger pull.. double taps are non existant with this gun, and the trigger is so strong and long, my younger brother(22, basically has hands like a girl) can't even squeeze off an accurate shot with it. like I said.. it's a good shooter, great for the range, pretty decent for home.. but if you are considering it for CCW, test fire some other guns first.
