i LOVE turbo jam - i have been doing it for 2.5 months - i have lost about 7 pounds total, lost 2 inches from my thighs, 1 inch from my waist, an inch from each upper arm. overall, more energy, more sculpted! i have been going to the gym for 6 years and doing over an hour of cardio a DAY with nothing close to this workout for results! it is worth every penny and every minute. You will have a blast, take it from me - a true fan!

my friend is 14 years old. and no she is not of irish/british ancestry TheArrogant2009. She is asian. she does turbo jam and i swear i am so jealous cause she has gotten alot thinner and ATHLETIC. she eats right too. i saw results in her after the first week. she lost like 6 pounds. So you guys should try it before judging it =].

I have to ask how many day a week do we have to do the turbo jam to see results.

This only works if you have the body for it to begin with...it will only work for certain body types...IE those of Irish/British ancestry

I've been doing this workout and have had great results. Worth the price. I ordered mine online that way you don't have to hear the pitches to had products to your order.

I wanted to order Turbo Jam off the TV $60 bucks plus shipping.

I called and they tried to use tricky language to double my ($120 total now)—no Then they asked again. Isn't that the exact same thing you just tried to sell me and I said no? She admitted they make her repeat it 5X HOLY CRAP! Basically trained to scam people. They lost a $60 sale because for the life of me I couldn't get a straight answer about what I was buying and what it was going to cost.

i'm sorry people but this S**ks ! How I know? A chick that was certified with this thing subbed my class and all my students walked out! If u really look at it, its a person doing a bad imitation of Tae Bo! The punches are wrong and dont get me started with the kicks. I think its just the typical luck of a blonde blue eyed beauty to "come up" with a class and now she's the"Ultimate Kickbox instructor!" Come take my class and you'll feel a real workout! THE HELL WITH IT, I'M DOING A VIDEO NOW!

It's a great workout. If you are unsure about the cost you could always download one of the workouts online to see how you like it. Very effective though, and very fun!

i say you go ahead n buy it. u won't be disappointed. make it a goal to loose weight as a long term goal so u can sustain it. i've been doing for a mnth n i have no regrets. i've been still 4 sometime n tj has got me motivated again. enjoy it!!!

ya, know my doctor and health teacher said its healthy to lose atleast 3 pounds a week, but with this, at the same time you want to gain weight because of the mustle you get so if you think about it your like looseing 20 pounds of fat in 20 days about, (thats a good thing)
