Firstly I am not a Sufi. However I am sympathetic to Sufism, some practices of some Sufis have made them heretics, however, Sufis are Muslims and they Follow Islam to the letter, They follow Orthodox Islam and what ever rational they have is derived from the Quran and examples of The Prophet, which makes their Kung Fu (eg:- the Hui people, Tan Tui), very Islamic, they understand Chi Islamicly. So that is the connection. I choose to understand Chi Islamicly.

Go to the One Hand video site and you can buy excellent tapes by George Xu teaching that style. He is really a great teacher of this system and his tapes are very educational and easy to learn from.

Go ahead and say whatever you like. More people need to understand Islam especially since there is such a big disinformation and smear campaign being waged against it in the West. Lies never make the world better. However, your explanation shows that you do not know chi, you only have heard stories that you think tell of it. Sufism is not accepted by orthodox Islam so where are the connections?
