All violations are posted at the restaurant. I've looked at a few. Mostly on the wall behind the cash register. The ones I looked at were for improper temperature control.

Health inspectors don't have a camera man during inspections. So you need to know all of the "video" has been recreated.

i believe the best solution would be to install video cameras at as many locations needed to clean up their establishments.

No way this is real. Nobody would do this stuff in front of both a health inspector AND someone with a video camera.

Exactly - these are reinactments of real events--maybe they should start filming their inspections--all the more reason to pray over your food before you eat...
