If it will not let you sign in at all while using the proxy. even when signing in on the cross media bar. You must check you have put in the right I.P. If it is correct and it still doesn't work, then disconect your router/modem for 5 mins. Switch the power off at the back of your playstation, and pull the power plug out. After the 5 mins, turn your internet back on, let it settle. once its settled, plug your playstation back in and turn it on, connect your internet without the proxy, and test connection. Then turn on your proxy and go from there.
