Your a wonderful person and I thank you for being brave and speaking your mind. I am extremely obese. Been very over weight from a very young age and been verbally and physicaly assulted for no reason other than my size.. school years were so bad for me... these things happen every day to children and adults all over the world. When will it stop, why cant people see passed color, size, disabilitys, or any differances and just see the human person in front of them...

I am an American Choctaw Indian.I have dealt everyday with racism and the issue of weight. It has lead me to a lifetime of Bulimia. I have 4 daughters,my youngest is a big girl and is absolutely gorgeous like you. I am glad that you are speaking out in a sensible manner and are letting people hear you without getting angry~ they want you to get mad that way they do not have to listen. Ofcourse I totally agree with you People shouldn't be judged by they're physical appearance by any curcimstances. An ofcourse there's nothing wrong with being chubby. But stiil people should be encouraged to lose wieght. NOT because of the standarts of todays society but for the sake of they're own health. And that applies to both men and woman... But still if you feel comfortable with your body, then good for you :)

When either being over or under weight leads to health problems, something should definitely be done. Obesity and anorexia are determental to living a healthy life and shoud be dealt with accordingly.
But if it isn't causing any serious physical damage, then I say let people live in peace.

I think that fat,uggly people,people with big noses, ears or anything else that is judged as "not beautiful" are actually lucky, because they have real friends, people who really care about your soul, about the person itself. All the theme about sizes etc is so ridiculous. You are beautiful and clever and sweet.

you are totally right. i hate how nowadays there's so much pressure on girls to look a certain way, not just with weight but with colour, race and all, to be accepted. i've gone through a lot of self esteem issues myself till i realised, hey, i got only 1 lifetime to live and i don't wanna waste it being miserable over my appearance. there's so much beauty in life to see but we'll only see it if we accept our only beauty. so yeah F**k those misdirected people. you go gurl!

Women are supposed to be bigger anyway, for childbirth and such, and we are all beautiful.
