On Saturday, October 4, 2008, The Barack Obama campaign held the "Change We Need" Rally at the Victory Landing Park in Newport News VA. Before an excited crowd of approximately 20,000 attendees, with great authority and humility, Senator Barack H. Obama, spoke eloquently on the issue of Healthcare in America. He expounded upon the failed Healthcare policy of the Bush Administration and the proposed continuance of the same with an unthinkable McCain Administration.
