TV-Show-Division-World Record - Cup Stacking - Cycle

I have a question!!!
Since I live in America, how do the competitions work????
Does it go state, regionals, nationals, world or what??? I just wanted to know how that worked!!

No - it is :-) because Records only can be set on official tournaments - not in T.V.! This was only a Show-Record!
