This is a guy at papa johns throwing dough, although it isnt anything fancy he is just showing the basics, and if you can master this you can go onto many other more complicated tircks. This was regular Large dough.

    I can spot a few mistakes here, but I'm fairly lenient on dough as long as it has an even crust and no bubbles.

    You make a quick pie, son.

    And, for the record, myself and one of my employees can make a non-bubbling, undocked crust. Dough has the be the right temp, no overproofed crap. I head that PJs didn't even require docking up until several years ago.

    At our PJ's franchise it is not against policy to toss dough, it is encouraged. And he probably didnt dock the 2nd pie because 6 years ago we didnt have that tool, and maybe he was used to doing it without it. It is a very basic dough toss, and yes nothing fancy, but I bet it would still make a tasty pie.

    hes really not that good. its a very uneven pizza ive worked there for a year now and my managers can keep it spinning in the air for at least 10 seconds. i can do all kinds of tricks and yeah it just depends on what store you work for. mine pretty much encourages it. haha!
