It's illegal to hunt game species here in the UK, but DEFRA have yet to announce whether they will be classing boar as a game species or a pest species. We'll have to wait and see.

boars aren't endangered, they're not even supposed to be wild in America. They are pests and they kill off native species

More like half a ton buddy. It was said to be 1,051 lbs. But theres still some dispute over its actual size. And yes they said he used a model 500 but at 11 im suprised it dont like break his wrist.
