Thank you for making this video, it has to be the best one that I have seen on the HCG Protocol. I have completed my first phase and was extremely happy with the results. I was looking for something easy that explained the protocol was already created that I could share with my friends and family. You video is perfect! Slightly painful going through some of the other HCG videos on here that talked about modifying the diet or changing the protocol to meet the individual's personal needs. Theresa

I just started hcg today...I don't really need to lose weight but I am preparing for a fitness competition and am using it to get super lean. I feel so nasty from loading today! I am so nervous about burning the muscle I've worked so hard for on the VLCD! Any suggestions on how I should eat? I work out twice a day m-f...so I'm afraid I won't have a lot of energy in the gym. Thanks!
