My guess is that they are using the story line from Street Fighter II and not Super Street Fighter II Turbo. That is why Bison is back. Street Fighter IV is suppose to be b/t Street Fighter II & III as far as the storyline

Akuma, Fei-long, and Dan have been announced to be in the consle version of the game !

maybe they can include some of the characters fromthe first street fighter like retsu or geki gen eagle GOUKEN hokuto from the ex series kairi etc haggar from final fight cody guy, poison etc the possibilities are limitless

i really hope they put in more characters for the console versions. it needs it it is fantastic so far but needs a little more variety in characters. i honestly think leaving out akuma is a BIG mistake he has become a staple character for many. we will see what happens but i hope they put in another 10 or so characters. it needs it
